The ForItAAL Summer School 2016 will present some of the main topics of Innovative Technologies for Assisted Living applications, highlighting the methodologies and contents, achievable with the combination of multi-disciplinarily research approaches, that include engineering, medical, sociological, economic and other relevant disciplines.
As a special novelty, this year’s program will include a full day tutorial supported by STMicroelectronics, that will present the Discover STM32L4 ARM Cortex-M4 MCU with an engaging seminar format that combines theory and hands-on exercises. In addition, Each participant will receive a complimentary STM32L4 Discovery kit and a complete set of lecture and lab manuals.
It will also provide an excellent opportunity to get in contact with known researchers working in this field, to meet distinguished scholars, and to establish contacts that may lead to research collaborations in the future.

How to apply
To apply for the Summer School, please submit your application, sending a short CV and brief statement of interest to Dr. Filippo Cavallo (email@example.com). Applications will be processed as received. Spaces are limited to 20 persons, so please send your application as soon as possible.
The ForItAAL Summer School 2016 will be held on June 20-21, 2016 at the BioRobotics Institute of Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna, Viale Rinaldo Piaggio, 34, 56025 Pontedera (PI), Italy.
The registration fee is 100€ for each participant and includes lectures, a STM32L4 Discovery kit, meals (lunches, refreshments) and social events. For the participants of the Forum (June 22-23, 2016), the ForItAAL Summer School is free.
